Wisepower Co. Ltd
, according to investor Arrowhead Research. According to Arrowhead, Wisepower Co. Ltd will pay $5M upfront and up to $140M in earnout for Unidym. In addition to Arrowhead, Unidym's investors included Battelle, Tokyo Electron Limited, and Entegris.
