Steed Technology Buys Applied Technology Specialists
Scotts Valley-based Steed Technology, a provider of equipment for the semiconductor, LED< and solar industry, said it has acquired Applied Technology Specialists, Inc. (ATSI), a provider of advanced pollution control equipment for the high tech industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
