GigOptix Buys Endwave
Palo Alto-based GigOptix, a provider of electronic and electro-optic components for the optical networking market, said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Endwave Corporation, based in San Jose. Endwave is a developer of RF semiconductors for the wireless backhaul, satellite communications, defense, and other markets.
