Facebook Buys Beluga
Facebook has acquired Beluga, a developer of mobile applications for mobile group chat. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Beluga was founded by former Googlers Ben Davenport, Lucy Zhang and Jonathan Perlow. All three join Facebook as part of the acquisition.
