SuccessFactors Buys Jambok
San Mateo-based SuccessFactors said this morning that it has acquire Jambok, a developer of social learning software-as-a-service. Financial terms of the acquisition wer enot disclosed. Jambok is a social learning service allows users to create mobile videos, share information, and network with others. SuccessFactors said that Jambok's team, including its CEO, Dr. Karie Willyerd, will join the company.
