San Francisco-based
BoostCTR, a developer of ad optimization software, said Monday that it has raised $1.64M in seed funding. The funding came from
Javelin Venture Partners,
Metamorphic Ventures,
Founder Collective, 500 Startups and WGI Group. As part of the funding, representatives from Javelin and Metamorphic have gained board seats at the company. Other angel investors in the firm include
Doug Chertok,
Mark Goines, Don Hutchinson,
Karl Jacob,
David Kidder,
Stuart Larkins,
Christopher Muenchhoff,
Maynard Webb, and
Justin Yoshimura. BoostCTR develops an automated ad testing platform, and is headed by
David Greenbaum. The firm said the funding came via Angel List.
