Bay TSP Merges with Peer Media Technologies
Los Gatos-based Bay TSP.com, a provider of content protection and tracking services for the entertainment industry, and Los Angeles-based Peer Media Technologies, said Monday that they have merged. Financial details of the merger were not disclosed. Both companies provide monitoring and related services around pirated digital media on peer-to-peer (P2P) networks.
