Verifone said Monday that it has reached an agreement to sell the U.S. payments systems business of
Hypercom to
Ingenico S.A.. The deal is worth $54M in cash. Verifone recently acquired Hypercom in a $485M deal. VeriFone said it will retail Hypercom's non-payment terminal networking products operations in the U.S.
