Palo Alto-based
SurveyMonkey announced this morning that it has acquired
Infinity Box, the makers of the
Wufoo online web form development service. SurveyMonkey, which develops web-based survey products, did not disclose financial terms of the deal, however, multiple reports place the deal at $35M. SurveyMonkey said Wufoo's team will be relocated to Palo Alto to help with its growth. Wufoo's online site allows users to easaily create online forms, including building scripts, database, and back end. Wufoo was backed by Y Combinator.
