LoopNet Acquired By CoStar Group
San Francisco-based LoopNet, the operator of an online commercial real estate marketplace, has beena cquired by CoStar Group, CoStar said Thursday. The deal was worth approximately $860M, with an enterprise value of $762M. Both firms provide online listings of commercial properties for the real estate industry.
