LinkedIn Bumps IPO Pricing Range
Mountain View-based LinkedIn has bumped its IPO pricing today, according to a regulatory filing, as it preps for its IPO Thursday. The firm said it will be offering up 7,840,000 shares of its common stock, at between $42.00 and $45.00 per share, up from the $32.00 to $35.00 per share it had estimated last Monday. The IPO is now set to net the firm $405M at debut. LinkedIn has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange as LNKD.
