A long list of Silicon Valley angel investors have boosted a new startup,
Shacho, headed by the founder of Omniture, which Adobe purchased in 2009. According to Josh James, founder of Shacho and Omniture, his firm has raised $10M from angels that include Mark Benioff of Salesforce.com, Ron Conway and David Lee of SV Angel, Lars Dalgaard of SuccessFactors, Andreessen Horowitz, Mark Gorenberg of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Hiroshi Mikitani of Rakuten, John Pestana of Omniture, Dan Rose of Facebook, Paul Sagan of Akamai, Steven Singh of Concur, John Thompson of Virtual Instruments, and Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. WPP also invested in the round. Shacho is developing business intelligence software. Shacho is based in Utah.
