Phase Matrix Acquired by National Instruments
San Jose-based Phase Matrix, a designer of RF and microwave test and measurement instruments, subsystems and components, has been acquired by National Instruments. National Instruments said it will pay $38M for Phase Matrix, which was founded by Pete Pragastis and Charanbir Mahal. Both founders will remain with Phase Matrix, as it becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of National Instruments.
