CoolSystems Finds $4.0M
Alameda-based CoolSystems, the maker of an cold therapy system aimed at the athletics market, has raised $4.0M in what looks to be a convertible debt round still in progress. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company. According to a regulatory filing, the overall funding round is targeted at $9.0M. Coolsystems makes Game Ready, a cold therapy device aimed at athletes and orthopedic physicians.
