Polycom Buys HP's Visual Collaboration Business
Pleasanton-based Polycom and Palo Alto-based HP said today that the two are in a definitive agreement, where Polycom will buy the assets of HP's Visual Collaboration business. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. HP's Visual Collaboration business. HP's Visual Collaboration products provided videoconferencing equipment and services. As part of the deal, the two said that HP will resell Polycom's unified communications and video communications products.
