Facebook Adds Reed Hastings To Board
Palo Alto-based Facebook said Thursday that it has named Reed Hastings, the Chairman and CEo of Netflix, to its board of directors. Hastings also sits on the board of Microsoft. Facebook's board also includes Marc Andreessen, Jim Breyer of Accel Partners, Donald E. Grahama of the Washington Post Company, and Peter Thiel.
