San Francisco-based
EggCartel. the developer of a mobile app, EggDrop, which helps users find used furniture, sports, equipment, electronics, and other products from nearby buyers, has raised $1M in a seed funding round. The round came from SV Angel and BlueRun Ventures, along with Trinity Ventures and Charles River Ventures. The firm was founded by Dan Zheng and Brian Lynch, formerly of Google and Playdom.
