Google Gets Gamification For Google News
Google announced late Thursday that it is adding gamification to the Google News service, and will start awarding "Google News badges" for people who read the most articles on certain topics. Google said it will initially award 500 different levels of "badges" for reading articles from the site, starting with Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Ultimate levels of readers.
