FirstRain Finds $6.4M
San Mateo-based FirstRain, the developer of software used by business to monitor marketing, sales, finance, and other operations, said Tuesday that it has raised $6.4M in a funding round. The round was led by Oak Investment Partners. Oak has been the majority owner of the firm since 2006. The firm had previously raised $41M in venture funding. The firm said the funding will go towards growth, its sales team, and for product development.
