Havok Buys Trinigy
Interactive games software firm Havok, which has offices in San Francisco, said today that it has acquired Trinigy, a 3D game engine provider. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Havok is owned by Intel. According to Havok, the deal helps it expand its product line to a full line of production tools, including rendering capabilities.
