Cisco Buys AXIOSS Software
San Jose-based Cisco said Sunday that it has acquired the assets of AXIOSS Software, a developer of software for network services ordering and fulfillment. Cisco said it would pay $31M in cash for AXIOSS Software, which was formerly the UK subsidiary of Comptel Corporation. Cisco said the acquisition will boost its Cisco Prime products.
