MobiTV has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing with the SEC Wednesday that it is looking to raise up to $75M in an IPO under the symbol "MBTV." The firm's IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, Baird, William Blair & Company, and Pacific Crest Securities. MobiTV is venture backed by Gefinor Ventures, Oak Investment Partners, Menlo Ventures, and Redpoint Ventures. MobiTV is a provider of live and on-demand television for mobile devices, and powers AT&T U-verse Live TV, NFL Mobile on Verizon, Sprint TV and T-Mobile TV. The firm reported a net loss of $14.68M on revenues of $66.8M in 2010.
