Intel Capital, the venture capital arm of Intel Corporation, said Thursday afternoon that it had invested $24M in seven different software companies, as part of an effort to boost its software ecosystem. The firm said it has made investment in
DynamicOps, a provider of enterprise cloud automation software;
Enlighted, a provider of building management software;
Guavus, a developer of real-time analytics tools;
IP Commerce, a developer of platform-as-a-service software;
Swrve New Media, a social games and analytics services provider;
Revolution Analytics, a predictive analytics firm, and
Gaikai, which operates a cloud-based game streaming service.
