Mertado Raises $2.3M
Redwood City-based Mertado said Wednesday that it has raised $2.3M in a funding round. The firm develops social shopping services around home and kitchen products. The round included new investor Rustic Canyon, and also included prior investors Blumberg Capital and Redpoint Ventures. Mertado was a Spring 2010 Y Combinator company, and is headed by Vijay Chittoor.
