San Mateo-based
InMobi, the mobile ad network, has scored a huge, $200M investment, according to the firm today. According to InMobi, the new funding comes from SOFTBANK Corp., and is divided into two tranches of funding--one coming this month, the other in April of 2012. InMobi is headed by Naveen Tewari, and has previously raised funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sherpalo Ventures.
