Zenverge Raises $20.5M
Cupertino-based Zenverge, a developer of media encoding and decoding silicon, said today that it has raised $20.5M in a Series D round of financing. The round was led by Entropic Communications, and also included new investors CID Group and Woodside Fund. Prior investors DCM, Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), Motorola Mobility Ventures, and Battery Ventures also participated in the new funding. Zenverge said the funding will go towards growth and new development.
