Yahoo Buys Interclick
Sunnyvale-based Yahoo announced today that it has agreed to acquire Interclick, the provider of online advertising targeting and optimization software. Yahoo said it would pay $270M for Interclick in cash, or $9.00 per share for the New York-based company. Interclick was advised by GCA Savvian Advisors in the deal.
