CertiVox Raises $2.4M

CertiVox
, a developer of encryption software-as-a-service, said today that it has raised $2.4M in a Series A funding round. The firm said the round was led by Octopus Investments and Pentech Ventures. Dr. Luke Hakes of Octopus joins the company's board with the funding. CertiVox develops a platform used for managing encryption keys and identity.
