Rounds, the developer of an online video chat application for Facebook, said today that it has raised $3M in additional funding. The funding came from Verizon, as well as Rhodium and Tim Draper of Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Rounds is the developer of Video Chat Rounds, a Facebook application that allows friends to communicate via video chat, play games, watch videos together, or otherwise interact online. The firm said it will use the funding to extend Rounds beyond its existing Facebook application. Rounds was co-founded and is headed by Dany Fishel.
