Gogobot Gains $15M
Palo Alto-based Gogobot, an online, social travel site, has raised another $15M in a Series B funding round, the company said Thursday. The round came from Redpoint Ventures, and also included Battery Ventures and CrunchFund. As part of the funding, Redpoint's Satish Dharmaraj joins the board of the company. Gogobot provides recommendations on travel destinations, hotels, and more based on a user's social graph.
