Schematic Labs, the developer of the iPhone mobile music app
SoundTracking, announced Tuesday afternoon that it has raised $4.75M in a financing round. The round was led by Accel Partners, and also included True Ventures and SoftBank Capital. Soundtracking is a social music application which runs on the iPhone, and connects into social sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare. The company was founded by Steve Jang, formerly of imeem, and Mat Paul, formerly of StumbleUpon.
