Serious Energy Buys Agilewaves
Sunnyvale-based Serious Energy, a developer of energy management products for building owners, said Wednesday that it has acquired Menlo Park-based Agilewaves, which developed building energy management systems. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Serious Energy said it will incorporate Agilewaves products into its products. Seroius Energy is headed by Kevin Surace.
