YuMe Sees $12M
Redwood City-based YuMe, which provides video advertising technology and ad network services, announced today that it has raised $12M in funding. The funding came from Samsung Ventures and Translink Capital. YuMe said the funding wlil go towards global expansion. YuMe is headed by Jayant Kadambi; the firm said it is now serving over 1 billion ad impressions per month on its video ad serving infrastructure.
