100Plus Takes $1.25M
San Francisco-based 100Plus, a health startup looking to help predict and extend users' lifespans, announced today that it has raised another $1.25M in seed funding. The finding came from Greylock Discovery Fund partners John Lilly and Reid Hoffman, Felicis Ventures and Band of Angels Acorn Fund. 100Plus had just announced seed funding earlier this month from Peter Thiel and the Founders Fund. 100Plus is developing a online personalized health prediction software it says will use game mechanics to encourage behavior that can help extend its users' lifespans.
