Mountain View-based CiiNOW, a developer of cloud-based software to compress graphics commands so that game publishers can run their games over the Internet, said Friday that it has raised $13M in a Series A funding round. The round came from Foundation Capital, Alcatel-Lucent, and un un-named strategic investor. CiiNOW is headed by Ron Haberman. Basil Alwan of Alcatel-Lucent and Ashmeet Sidana of Foundation become members of CiINOW's board with the funding.
