Spreecast Lands $4M
San Francisco-based Spreecast said this morning that it has raised $4M for its social video platform, from angels Frank Biondi (Viacom), Gordon Crawford (The Capital Research Group) and Edward Scott, Jr. (BEA Systems). Spreecast provides an online service where multiple people can participate in a video chat, and share that video with others. The firm's founder is Jeff Fluhr, who previously founded and headed StubHub.
