, which develops log management and analytics software for the enterprise IT market, disclosed today that it has raised $15M in a Series B funding round. The firm said the funding was led by
Sutter Hill Ventures
, and also included
Greylock Partners
and angel
Schlomo Kramer
. The company said the funding goes towards engineering and go-to-market. Sumo Logic was founded by Christian Beedgen and Kumar Saurabh, formerly of ArcSight. The company said it has now raised a total of $20.5M.
