Ruckus Wireless Gains $21.7M
Sunnyvale-based Ruckus Wireless said today that it has raised $21.7M in a funding round. The funding was led by Meritech Capital Partners and SingTel Innov8. The firm said the funding brings the company's total raised to $72.7M. Richard J. Lynch and Georges Antoun have joined the company's board as part of the funding. Lynch was previously EVP and CTO at Verizon Communications, and Antoun was previously head of Ericsson's product area IP and broadband networks (PAIB) business. Ruckus Wireless develops indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi equipment.
