CafePress has acquired the assets of
Logo'd Softwear, a provider of personalized apparel and merchandise for groups and organizations, the firm has disclosed in a regulatory filing. According to the filing, it paid $8.3M for Logo'd, including $7.5M in cash plus $0.8M in shares of CafePress common stock. CafePress also said that it will give Logo'd Softwear's principal stocholder with stock options worth up to $2.1M based on performance milestones. The deal was first spotted
