San Mateo-based
CafePress said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of
Logo'd Softwear, a provider of personalized apparel and merchandise for groups. The deal was worth $8.3M, including $7.5M in cash plus 45,060 shares of CafePress common stock, in addition to $8.6M in performance-based earnout for the principal stockholder in Logo'd Softwear. The deal had been announced initially on March 19th.
