Intel Completes Acquisition of Cray's Interconnect Products
Santa Clara-based Intel has completed its acquisition of the interconnect hardware assets of supercomputer maker Cray, Cray said Wednesday. The deal, which was worth $140M in cash, had been announced on April 24th.
