San Francisco-based
HotelTonight, which develops a last-minute, hotel booking app for mobile phones, said today that it has raised $23M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by U.S. Venture Partners, and also included Accel Partners, Battery Ventures and First Round Capital. Rick Lewis of USVP joins the company's board as part of the funding. The company said the new funding will brings its total raised to $35.85M. The new funds will go to expand its team in San Francisco, plus help with international launches, product development, and other efforts.
