Bluebox Finds $9.5M For Mobile Security
San Francisco-based Bluebox, a developer of enterprise, mobile security technology, said today that it has raised $9.5M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, and also included Andreas Bechtolsheim (co-founder of Sun Microsystems), Ram Shiram, and Brian Cohen (SPI Dynamics). Bechtolsheim and Scott Weiss of Andreessen Horowitz have joined the company's board. Bluebox CEO Caleb Sima was previously CTO of HP's Application Security Center.
