Integrated Silicon Solutions, a fabless semiconductor firm focused on the automotive, communications, industrial, and other markets, said Thursday that it has acquired
Chingis Technology Corporation, a provider of NOR flash memory technology. ISSI said it would pay $33M in cash for Chingis. Chingis is based in Taiwan, and had revenues of $39.6M for the year ended December 31, 2011.
