InMobi Buys Metaflow Solutions
San Francisco-based Inmobi, which operates a mobile advertising network, said Tuesday that it has acquired Metaflow Solutions, a developer of mobile content distribution software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. InMobi said that Metaflow's team will relocate to its new, London office as part of the acquisition. Inmobi provides an online network for mobile ads, and is venture backed by SoftBank, KleinerPerkins Caufield & Byers and Sherpalo Ventures.
