San Francisco-based
MyHealthTeams, which develops online, social networks specifically geared towards patients with individual, chronic health conditions, said today that it has raised $1.75M in a seed funding round. The round was led by Adams Street Partners, and also included 500 Startups and a number of un-named angel investors. The firm said funding will go to scale its business, expand its team, and drive awareness of its social networks. The company runs sites such as MyAutismTeam and MyBreastCancerTeam.
