San Francisco-based
SocialPandas, which develops software to help convert relationships on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter into sales leads, has raised $1.5M in a seed funding round. The round was led by True Ventures, as well as angels from former Salesforce.com, VMware, and Apple executives, along with the Alchemist Accelerator. The company, headed by Mark Trang, said its social selling platform helps discover and rank sales leads via data from social networks.
