Intel Backs Brazilian Virtual Shopping Firm
Intel Capital, the investment arm of semiconductor giant Intel, has backed Elike, the developer of social commerce software in Brazil. Size of the funding was not disclosed. Elike's Facebook app, My Shopping, provides "virtual stores" for retail brands. Elike is based in Rio de Janeiro.
