Campbell-based
AOptix, a developer of biometrics identity verification technology, announced today that it has raised $42M in a Series E funding round. The round came from existing investors Clearstone Venture Partners, DAG Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Northgate Capital and W Capital Partners, as well as new investor True Ventures. The company said the funding will go towards product development, sales, and marketing.
