Sensage, the developer of security and event monitoring and analytics software, has been acuqired by
KEYW Corporation, the two said Thursday. KEYW Said it will pay up to $18.0M in cash, and up to $16.5M in KEYW common stock for the company. Sensage was venture backed by Battery Ventures, Canaan Partners, FT Capital, Mitsui & Co, MMV Financial, Sand Hill Capital, and Sierra Ventures, and had raised over $30M in funding. KEYW is a developer of cyber security products, and is based in Hanover, MD.
